Taster Course

A Taster Course is a one hour one-time mindfulness course that includes meditation and breathing exercises, as well as, an opportunity to ask some one-on-one questions.

6-Week Course

A 6-week course consists of six one hour sessions that are tailored to each client. Each session includes an opportunity to ask some one-on-one questions. Once the 6-week course is finished a mindfulness coach will revisit the client as a follow up to services.

12-Week
Course

A 12-week course consists of twelve one hour sessions that are tailored to each client. Each session includes an opportunity to ask some one-on-one questions. Once the 12-week course is finished a mindfulness coach will revisit the client as a follow up to services.
